Am I missing something here?

I explained to the boys this evening that they were not circumcised. How does that conversation come up? Weeeeeeeeell, our dog is 1/2 boxer and the neighbor's dog is full boxer. The n's dog's tail has been docked and our dog's tail is 'intact'. My children are geniuses, and smarter than your kids too, and are also incredibly observant. WHY would someone cut part of their dog off?!?!?!?! Shock and dismay all around. "I'm so glad that doesn't happen to people!" Weeeeeeeeelll, it does dear children. WHAT? WHY WOULD SOMEONE CUT PART OF A PERSON OFF? and then a little less loudly and much more full of concern - Do we have parts missing? I was quite glad to say NO!!! My kids had no idea that something like that happened to anyone. They asked about their dad and I'll spare you the answer. Some of you actually know us well enough to know the answer, but anywho...

So my children seem to be enlightened by leaps and bounds all the time. It's hard to keep up or to not get overwhelmed and make me want to stick my head in the sand and tell them to ask their dad. Actually, asking dad just seems to end with me having an even longer answer and question session with the curious little geniuses.

*disclaimer*
I don't care if your kids are circumcised or not. I don't care if your mom got cancer in "her female parts" because your dad wasn't circumcised. I don't care what you think the Bible says about it and I don't care what you think about it. I don't even care if I spelled it right!

Unless you agree with me. Cause this is my blog and if you don't like it, take your toys and go home.

Well, after being nagged about why I didn't have anything on my blog, hereyago.
Things I did this week:
Sold $200 worth of stuff on ebay
Dropped James at the airport to go to Atlanta
got a new puppy - we named him Rowlf after the piano playing dog on the muppets
taught the puppy to play the piano
got 3 snakes - only one is mine, I'm keeping the others for a sister
finished a baby quilt for a friend
sent my 3rd baby to kindergarten - waaaaahhh!
canned 5 quarts of tomatoes, a gallon of corn, and some freezer jam
ummm...that's all I can think of right now
